The portraits of Hökarängen residents will become an upcoming pop-up exhibition in the public space in Hökarängen

We are now looking for you who want to share your favorite place in Hökarängen! It could be your kitchen table, a specific courtyard, or maybe a quiet clearing in the woods. For this project, we are collaborating with two local photographers, Anna Drvnik and Theo Elias Lundgren. They are willing to come to your home or meet you at your favorite spot to create a portrait. Of course, you will receive a digital copy of your portrait.

The portraits of Hökarängen residents will become an upcoming pop-up exhibition in the public space in Hökarängen. The Konsthall C project, Farsta FotoFest, is a pop-up festival consisting of photo exhibitions in public spaces. We show up at libraries, shop windows, and parks all around Farsta.

The theme of Farsta FotoFest is reflected in our shared longing for collective community and harmony with our surroundings. We celebrate radical imagination, a state of joy, a way of being together despite external challenges that threaten. The project tells the story of the streets where we live, chosen families, and the need for closeness, joy, and community.
