Art collective Creartivista Kollektiva will be exhibiting in Centrifug with a combination of audio art pieces and video projects.

"Resisting passivity on this side of the world and opening spaces from marginals and segregation in artistic expression. Expressions often excluded from academic and elite spaces in visual arts. Whereas a general rule you must have a white and European university degree to legitimize yourself and to show that you are qualified to be called a visual artist, audiovisual artist, choreographer or dancer.

At this exhibition we will show personal explorations from each member of the collective in the form of videos, screenings and sound art. As always, we will also present materials from other artists and collectives like Abya Yala (Chola Contravisual, Las insurgentes etc) and will have a weekly program for the activities that will be happening in the space."

Centrifug is an exhibition space in the front of Konsthalls Cs gallery space. Here, artists can exhibit their work for short periods of time alongside our main exhibitions.
