KonstDax is back!

KonstDax is back! The iconic outdoor gallery featuring four large-scale frames outside MatDax in Hökarängen Centrum will be painted by recent graduates from Gerlesborgsskolan: Gunvor Andersson, Julia Zetterman, Ariya Mirsaidi, and Kasper Nihlmark.

Originally founded by Ossian Eckerman in collaboration with Konsthall C during the Bomassan project (2017–2018), KonstDax has become a beloved feature of Hökarängen’s public space, showcasing work by a diverse range of artists over the years. Since 2023, Konsthall C has overseen the continuation and development of KonstDax, with a mission to uphold its original spirit: making art accessible and integrating it into daily life. Under this new stewardship, the gallery has hosted a variety of exhibitions and special projects, including works by Salad Hilowle and Mohammed Tatour.

This latest collaboration with Gerlesborgsskolan celebrates the power of public art to enliven shared spaces while providing a platform for emerging artists to showcase their work. Join us for the unveiling of the new artworks during Hökarängens Dag!
