Konsthall C works for a democratic society based on values of diversity, equality and solidarity both in its organisation and in the content of its programmes. Interns are an essential part of the Konsthall C team; each intern receives a personalized plan that fits the requirements of the individual and the needs of the organization.

Konsthall C is grateful for its current group of interns, who have played a vital role in running events, managing workshops, producing exhibitions, and more! Read more about them here:

Nargiz Gadirli is studying Art History and Tourism at Södertörns högskola. Throughout her education in art history and tourism and along the way, she also studied sign language to better communicate with individuals with disabilities and to raise awareness about importance of accessible cultural spaces. These diverse areas of study have greatly shaped her perspective and strengthened her desire to make art and culture more inclusive and meaningful for everyone. Her goal has been to help create cultural spaces like museums and galleries where everyone can experience art freely and equally, regardless of any physical or sensory limitations. In the future, she aims to work on projects that highlight art and culture—without barriers.

"During my time at Konsthall C, I made an effort to contribute towards making the space more accessible. Throughout this process, I received consistent support and positive feedback from my colleagues. This experience has inspired and motivated me for the projects I wish to pursue in the future."
