What are mineral waters and what can we learn by drinking them?

Join a nightly exploration to learn how mineral waters can be manufactured using kitchenware, how minerals can be sourced, where to find natural springs and how drinking mineral waters affect human bodies.

During the two hour session, self taught mineral water sommelier Yli-Vakkuri will conduct various experiments in a Helsinki based studio. During the stream we will hear amplified sounds of water, conduct kettlebell exercises, look into different carbonization equipment and prepare drinks with different recipes.
